Talk Fusion IT Troubles

Hello

I really love the idea of video emails and the other tools that Talk Fusion offers, so I am considering
adding Talk Fusion or MyVideo Talk to marketing arsenal.

Talk Fusion looks good but I heard there are many IT troubles and thus the video email, etc. is not reliable.
Is that true?
